Cyatho Verdejo is a white wine made from 100% Verdejo grapes from the DO Rueda. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to extract all the aromas of the grape. The wine is then kept in contact with its fine lees, putting them in suspension twice a week to extract fat that gives volume. Cyatho Verdejo is dry, tasty with a balance between fruit and a varietal bitterness, very round and oily due to the work with the lees. Sweet and tasty mid-palate with a fine and elegant finish due to its just-right natural acidity.
