How long can it take to get home?

Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the day the order is placed. If you have an urgent need and need it to arrive in 1-2 days, you can use our express service.

Can I make changes to the order once it has been placed?

Where is my order?

Once your order has been collected by the shipping company, they will send you an email with the tracking number for your order. You can track it on the shipping company's website by entering the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email.

How can I pay at Gourmetik?

You can pay by Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Mastercard and Maestro credit or debit card, or via PayPal. You can also use your Tickets Restaurant / Sodexo Pass.

They delivered my order, but I wasn't at home, what should I do?

If you are not at the address you provided when placing your order, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

My order is being delayed, why is this?

A delay in delivery may be due to circumstances of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. In this case, we will try to send you a new package as soon as possible, although this may not be immediately.

How do I make a return?

If you are not satisfied with the product, Gourmetik offers a money-back guarantee without having to provide any explanation.

In the event that the order has arrived broken or damaged, we would appreciate it if you could take a photo of it so that we can file a claim with the transport company and send it to us at info@gourmetikshop.com. Once verified, Gourmetik will cover the costs of returning the order and the new shipment.

If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount of the products, but not the shipping costs or the return costs.

In this case, the items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, unless the products have been damaged or are defective.

Gourmetik offers you a period of 14 days, from receipt of the order, to make the return (a longer period than the 7 days stipulated by the Retail Trade Regulation Act, as well as in what is regulated by community regulations (Directive 97/7/EC).

We will check that the products contained in the order arrive in good condition before refunding the amount within the next 15 days.

How do I place an order?

On our website, add the products you are interested in to your shopping cart. Follow all the instructions regarding completing the registration and selecting the payment method.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the process.

Once your order has been processed by us, we will contact you either by WhatsApp or by phone to arrange delivery. Once the delivery is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from the transport company where they will provide you with the tracking of your order.

If your order is “As a gift”, please contact us to include a personalized note, at no additional cost, which will be sent with the gift. You can also indicate the message you want to put in the note within the notes section of the order.
